Process to Create Account on GTPL Saathi

Below we have mentioned the steps which you can follow to create your own account, via GTPL Saathi App and GTPL Web Portal in easy way.

Create Account via GTPL Saathi Website

Open the GTPL Saathi official website https://selfcare.gtpl.net/signup.aspx in your browser.
Wait for open the signup page in your browser.

Now in this step you need to select your service that you using which is shown ‘Broadband‘ or ‘Cable TV‘.

If you have broadband then enter your username or if you are cable tv user enter your stb number along with other required details.
In last step click on signup and verify via otp.

Create Account via GTPL Saathi App

To create account via app, go to the Google Play Store and search for ‘GTPL Saathi.
When you find it, download the app and click on the ‘Open’ button to launch it.
Once the app is opened, you will be presented with two options – ‘Login’ or ‘Register’. To register, simply click on the ‘Register’ option.
On the next page, you will be asked to choose whether you want to register for ‘Broadband’ or ‘Cable TV’.
After making your selection, in case you using cable tv enter your set top box number, registered mobile number and email address.
If your mobile number is not registered, you can approach the LCO of your area to get it registered.
After entering the required details, click on the ‘Register’ button to complete the process.
Congratulations, you have now successfully registered for GTPL Saathi App.
